Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Chwix Agency.

Service fees

Because our work begins immediately on engagement (strategy, setup and campaign build), fees already paid are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations

You may choose not to renew at the end of your 3-month engagement with written notice. Any prepaid but unfulfilled month may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
